  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mernem.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Shipping Your Return: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Shipping Costs
